We are looking for volunteers to welcome athletes at the airport as they arrive in Luxembourg on Friday and Saturday, December 16 & 17, right before the event. Your role is simple but important: greet them, guide them, and represent the event as their very first point of contact. You’ll be standing right beside the athletes from the moment they land. This is a unique insider experience at the heart of the competition.

Who can join?

Everyone is welcome.
Because you will interact with international athletes, English is required.

Children under 16 may participate as long as they are always accompanied by a responsible adult.

Your mission

• Welcome and assist athletes at the airport
• Ensure they feel guided, supported and well received

Shifts are organised in two-hour slots from Friday to Saturday, always in teams of at least two people.

Before your mission begins, you will need to go to the Meliá Hotel to collect your volunteer T-shirt, accreditation and receive a short briefing.
